Within 7 days of delivery, you may return products for a refund as long as they are in new condition. The term “new condition” refers to items that are clean and in useable packaging. We understand that you may want to try an item before making a choice, so please feel free to open the package and give it a try. We hope you are satisfied with the quality of our items, but if you are not, please let us know we will gladly assist you with a refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will even pay the return shipping charges.
You should get your reimbursement within three weeks of delivering your goods to the return shipper, but in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This time frame includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (3–7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return after we get it (1–3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
